This is my datasheet:

http://www.displaytech.com.hk/upload/pr ... es-v21.pdf

I have measured the voltage on Vout PIN and it´s +27,5V without connect.
Vee is 0V.
I think that my display works with positive voltage values...

Can you check my datasheet and confirm it please??
It's very important....

Once again, thank you so much....

Displaytech has a support forum. You should ask them for advise.
I don't have any more ideas...

I just send them a mail asking for some help...

In this post:

People with GLCDs like mine (240320H) don't have any problem.
The difference is in DC/DC converter....(They don't have it)
So, they have to insert externally the voltage level (+26 V).
Perhaps, with an external power supply appears something!!
I still thinking that the current that come out of the DC/DC for driving the LCD (contrast) is very low (0,7 mA).

What's the Ilcd current in your display with the best contrast??

I don't know. I've never measured it. I would guess a few mA.

I pretty sure your pot is wired wrong in that it should be ground 0Volts at the opposite end to the 27volts and the wiper should go to the Vee.

I have used several similar LCD modules from the 240320H series and they have all worked with this configuration.

Sorry,
I forgot about the current, in the modules I've used it has been around 10mA but your spec sheet says yours needs only 5mA.
